Zglinsky Valentina Fiodorovna from 1972 to 1980 was appointed the first head of department. Since 1980-1983 - Rimma Habibovna was appointed the chief of staff. With 1983 to the present the chief of staff is Abrarova Alla Ivanovna. From the very beginning of the activity the department conducts work on reception, registration and sending correspondence, record keeping, formation and documentation storage. For today work in department is conducted on the basis of the new program of electronic document flow of "Ehujjat".
